Congrats to BHS Welding Instructor, Roger Young, & his students Kevin M., Kyle N. & Zion R. who were recognized at the Board of Education meeting last night. These students are part of 228's 1st Mi-Jack Pre-Apprentice Program. They are finishing their graduation requirements in the morning, attending Mi-Jack training in the afternoon, & college welding classes in the evening. Upon completion of the program they will be well on their way to becoming welders!

BHS Esports Rocket League team pulled off a 3-2 victory on 3/14. Mason P., Carlos D., & Jyaire S. had outstanding performances!
BHS had 10 students pass the ServSafe Manager Training program

Thank you BHS Math Department for bringing fun to Pi Day! Mr. Welbourn ran a Pi Day Scavenger hunt & Ms. Hofer held "pizza pi" parties & sold "INSpiRING" shirts. Donations from shirts & the pizza pi went to the Math Dept. scholarship fund. Happy Pi Day! #BremenBraves #piday

Students in our FACS classes have been busy with hands-on projects this week! Parenting students experienced the Realcare babies, wearing chipped bracelets, they needed to feed, burp, change, rock & care for the baby themselves for 24 hrs.

The Eleanor Ferraro Fine Arts Scholarship Fundraiser is coming back to Bremen this Saturday from 10 am until 2 pm in our Cafeteria and Commons. Buy a full length down and get a short dress for free! All students are welcome so plan to come early!

Our Save Promise Club has been busy getting ready for our 2024 Say Something Week! Our students will have several opportunities to join in this week. BHS is sending 50 braves to the State of Illinois DECA competition this weekend! This is the largest group in school history to qualify for STATE. Students have been preparing for weeks with their written projects, role plays, marketing materials, and studying for a written exam. BHS is proud to announce seniors Talea Carter & Sebastian Bocanegra Macias both earned FULL scholarships through QuestBridge to their respective Universities!
Talea will be attending Northwestern University, majoring in Theatre.
Sebastian will be attending Wesleyan University in Connecticut, majoring in either Molecular Biology or Mathematics. We are so proud of you both and can't wait to see what the future holds! #BremenBraves #classof2024 @questbridge
