Over the weekend your OFHS Boys JV & Varsity soccer teams swapped their cleats for gloves & trash bags as they cleaned up their community along 159th & Cicero & the school grounds. The 3 teams combined picked up 150lbs of trash showing that teamwork doesn't end on the field. Great job & thanks for showing that Bengal Pride!!

Mrs. Baio was nominated for all her work w/Calculus 3 & her ability to build genuine connections w/students while bringing creativity & relevance to her lessons. She recently organized a field trip for Statistics students to a White Sox game =- a fun way to kick off their baseball stats unit where they crunched #s on batting averages, walks, stolen bases & more because math is ALWAYS BETTER when it connects to the real world!
