Mrs. Baio was nominated for all her work w/Calculus 3 & her ability to build genuine connections w/students while bringing creativity & relevance to her lessons. She recently organized a field trip for Statistics students to a White Sox game =- a fun way to kick off their baseball stats unit where they crunched #s on batting averages, walks, stolen bases & more because math is ALWAYS BETTER when it connects to the real world!
